These terms apply when you use click2, provided by Smart Software. By creating a team or links you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account or your company's single sign-on and are responsible for activity in your team. Invite only people you trust and remove access when they leave.
Acceptable use
Don't use click2 for phishing, malware, spam, scams, illegal content, impersonating others, or to hide where a link leads. We verify domain ownership, show visitors a notice before sending them to a website whose domain isn't verified, act on abuse reports, and may disable links or teams that break these rules, without notice where needed to protect others.
Plans and limits
The free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is a monthly subscription paid in advance through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service, which sells it on our behalf: Link charges the price shown on our pricing page plus any sales tax or VAT that applies, issues the invoices and receipts, and its checkout terms apply to the payment. It renews every month until a team admin cancels it under Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing (or in their Link account); it then stays active until the end of the month already paid. Partial months aren't refunded, except where Link or consumer law provides a refund. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription. Enterprise plans are agreed individually. If you exceed a limit, existing links keep working. The link limit is a total: creating new links pauses until you delete links or upgrade. Clicks are counted per calendar month: if your links reach the monthly click limit, creating new links pauses until the next month or an upgrade.
Availability
We work hard to keep links working, including fallbacks during outages, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing for your plan.
Your data
You keep ownership of your links and data. See our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete your team's data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date above; for significant changes we'll notify team admins by email.
